RETURN POLICY

Please email us to initiate a return. Items must be returned back to Pressure Spot Boutique within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely no refunds will be given.

Please note all returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any damage, stains, makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear) with all product tags attached.

Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within the allotted time-frame, we will not issue credit.  

If you received an incorrect item please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your package. 

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

**Processing **

Once a order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.  All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 5-7 business days or sooner.

We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrect shipping address, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. 

**Final Sale Items are Non-returnable, No exceptions **

All items found in the Sale/Discount category, accessories, bags, clutches, swimwear, bodysuits and leggings are non-returnable .
